Sutter's Fort SHP
Up to 80 persons per group (including chaperones) maximum.
School Tour Grade Levels:
Tours of Sutter's Fort are designed for 3rd grade students through high school.
Adult Supervision Requirement:
One adult is needed for every 10 students.
Fort Location:
Sutter's Fort State Historic Park is located at 2701 L Street, Sacramento, CA 95816.
Park Parking:
Free bus parking is available on "L" Street in front of Sutter's Fort.
Metered automobile parking is also available around the parks' grounds.

Tour Reservations:
In order to guarantee a space for a tour of 10 or more people, school tours and other group tours must have a confirmed reservation. Space availability is ONLY assured with a reservation placed through Reserve America at (866) 240-4655. Please note: each tour guide can accommodate a maximum of 80 people including adults, students, and other children in a single group.

Adults $5
Youth $3 (ages 6 to 17)
Children 5 and under are free
Please Note: Begining March 1, 2012, On special interpretive program days fees are $7 for adults and $5 for youth

School Group Reservations:
School Group reservations can only be made Tuesday - Friday,
10:00 am to 2:20 pm.
Public Groups:
10:00 am to 4:00 pm
(each hour)
Sutter's Fort Tours last about one hour.
Sutter's Fort SHP is closed Mondays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.
