Monitor Avenue Park

Project Description:
Create a new park named Monitor Avenue Park to include acquisition and development of 1.05 acres. Construct new walkways, open space lawn area, playground, fitness equipment, skate spot, picnic area with shade covers, fencing, and lighting in the City of Los Angeles.
