Mercado Park

Project Description:
Expand the existing .02 acre Mercado Park in the City of Perris through acquisition of .15 acres and development of an additional 2.95 acres. Construct a new performing arts amphitheater, entry plaza, tot lot, picnic structures, outdoor seating area with fountain, restroom, and landscaping.
