Elm Park Expansion

Project Description:
Expand Elm Play Lot through acquisition of a .06 acre parcel and substantially improve the existing park in the City of Richmond. Construct a new community center, global village, tot lot with water feature, hike/walk path, zip line, and picnic areas. Renovate existing play equipment.
